Emily Dinsmore is a law clerk currently focusing on trademark practice. She attends the University at Buffalo Law School and hopes to continue her studies in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
Prior to attending law school, Emily served as paralegal to Ellen Simpson and assisted her in the firm's trademark and copyright practice. Since joining Simpson and Simpson in October 2009, she has been trained in a wide variety of tasks and has developed each skill quickly. Her ability to work in multiple areas makes her an asset to the firm.
Prior to joining our firm, Emily worked primarily in the field of education. She was a corps member of Teach for America in Phoenix, Arizona and taught high school science and taught in elementary school. Emily holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
